The answers to your comments: 1. It was delicious. Literally could be the tastiest and healthiest meat I've ever had. 2. Not sacred enough not to be eaten. Actually kangaroos are looked at kind of how we look at deer. They are everywhere and kind of an annoyance. People hit them with their cars all the time and they are often culled.
